Our servers maintain more than 99% uptime and are professionally administered 24/7 by certified engineers. There is nightly backup and weekly complete backup to ensure your email safety. New domains on our servers have 15 email accounts included and additional accounts are low-cost.
GreensboroNet requires that all email accounts hosted on our servers are protected by reasonably-priced antispam services. Our staff will set up and maintain your antispam protection as part of the services we offer our clients.
Email Configuration
Know your username and server names
Username
Your username consists of the characters before the "@" symbol in your email address.
Password
We do not know your password. We can change it for you. Visit the help desk to request a password reset.
Server Configuration
POP - Incoming server: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP - Outgoing server: your Internet provider's SMTP server goes here.
Examples:
